WHENEVER WE PROCESS DATA OUR DATA PROCESSING ADDENDUM SHALL APPLY.

WE SHALL RETAIN ALL RIGHTS TO MAKE ANY LAW ABIDING CHANGES TO THESE POLICIES. IN THIS EVENT WE SHALL SEND YOU NOTICE THAT CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE TO YOUR REGISTERED E-MAIL ADDRESS.

We may also collect credit card and payment information from you via a third party payment provider. Thus, this information is not directly stored and processed by us, but by our third party payment provider. We only engage with third party service providers when they are compliant with applicable data privacy regulations and other applicable rules regarding the treatment and processing of data.
